I've created another channel and group on VEOH additional to the Classic Films Channel:

Setting up a channel or group on VEOH is pretty easy, by just selecting a title and describing the content of the channel and rating, uploading can be done using the VEOH web uploader or for large/multiple files the VEOH TV software, though on the VEOH software finding the file upload is not obvious, it is hidden within the file menu.

You can check out the channel and group on the above links, the channel as in the name is for car video's and the group is for much the same, except there are discussions and members can upload their own video content.

VEOH TV

VEOH TV offers a streaming web television to your PC for free, with the ability to create your own channels, upload your own video and create your own groups, the windows software is an extension of the VEOH website, offering an iTunes like library for your downloaded TV shows and movies.

BMW 1 Series

The BMW 1 Series, comes in 5 door hatch, 3 door hatch, Coupe and Convertible versions, the seller for the premium hatch is the front engined rear wheel drive transmission, BMW being the only premium hatch manufacturer which offer this traditional well balanced transmission setup.

I've been driving the 118D 5 door hatch back version, which is a good relaxing drive with great throttle control, responsive feedback from the steering and a better drive than the usual Front Engined Front Wheel drive hatches other than the the 4 wheel drive systems offered by VW groups 4Motion and Audi Quattro system's.











The BMW 1 series after options are added are expensive, though now on the second hand market good used deals can be found on AutoTrader and CarGiant.

Three (3) phone network have teamed up with Skype the Voice over IP (VoIP) internet software company owned by eBay to create a mobile phone with Skype built in.



A single phone is available on contract (from £free) and pay as you go (£39.99) was (£49.99) and the twin pack is at (£69.99).

You can make Skype to Skype calls for free, but you do have to top up £10 per month to do so.

Design Museum London

Design Museum London is currently showing the Richard Rogers + Architects from the House to the City from 24 April – 25 August.

Richard Rogers has had the most remarkable career in British architecture. Beginning with an extraordinary family house in Cornwall, then changing the shape of post-War architecture with the Pompidou Centre, he now heads up an international office that is busier than ever.

Test Drive Unlimited has been out for a while now, but is still worth buying as a great driving game on PC, X-Box 360, Sony PSP and Sony PS2.

Offering single, multiplayer and online gameplay, set in Hawaiian island of Oahu, the game features lots of licensed vehicles of varying pedigrees, and a game design that attempts to blend a persistent online world with the typical single-player experience.

Great new album from the Cherish Sisters, band members Farrah, Neosha and the twins Felish and Fallon.

In fact, these four singing sisters who hit it big in 2006 with the dance hit “Do It to It” from the Gold-certified album, Unappreciated, are positive that you are ready as well. “Our new album is named The Truth, and it basically delves into the different aspects of our lives,” says an excited Fallon, 20. “The entire album reflects our lives and our situations.”

Their sophomore project introduces young women who have found their unique place in a field full of duplicates and manufactured stars.

The potent first single “Killa”—about not being able to resist the man you know is no good—produced by Don Vito and featuring rapper Yung Joc, is rhythmically robust and vocally arresting. “The initial perception of Cherish was that we were this little girl group with catchy records,” says Farrah, 24, seemingly the most laidback sister of the clan. “We put a lot of time, energy and effort into The Truth and it’s a testament to our growth.”

Cherish is hardly new to the game. In fact, both of their parents are musicians and their father, who doubles as their manager, was a part of Pop (Professions of Sounds) who once toured with the legendary Earth, Wind & Fire. ‘’We have all been singing professionally since we were little kids,’’ says Felisha, the gregarious element of the group. ‘’Everyone in the industry has seen us grow up. Albeit young, they grasp that all experience-good or bad-generate growth. “It was definitely a struggle, growing up in the music industry, but, we don’t regret it, says Fallon. “These struggles have only made us stronger,” injects Neosha, 22. ‘’And that’s what The Truth is all about.”

These ladies are now ready for the world to experience their progression as singers and even more as songwriters. “We want people to know about our writing abilities, “says Neosha. “We wrote our entire first album and this one, with the exception of a few tracks written with The Dream (who penned Rihanna’s global smash “Umbrella.”).” The Truth offers songs relating to real situations that all of the group’s fans—old and new, male and female—can relate to.

“We have the ultimate break up song, ‘Lovesick’ (produced by Adonis and K-Fam). It’s our ‘Cry Me a River’, says Felisha. “You find pleasure in the fact that your ex-boyfriend, who dogged you out, wants to get back with you. It’s a little mean, but it’s all about karma,” laughs Neosha. The Jazze Pha produced “Like A Drum” also drops a breakup bomb, but from another perspective. “Your man comes home, you have candles lit and then he tells you he can’t be with you anymore. And it’s like, ‘What do I do now?’ explains Felisha.

“Before You Were My Man”, produced by Eric Hudson, delivers a story that flips tradition and puts the fellas on the receiving end for a change. “Basically, you are telling your boyfriend that you were with his best friend before you two were together. But, you waited awhile to tell him because you did not know how. We thought it was a way to give guys a taste of their own medicine,” says Fallon, who admits the song is autobiographical.

In whole, The Truth is the Cherish experience.

Replacing the sugary pop confections of the past are confessional R&B jams with scorching lyrics and equally blistering music. “There is not one song on this album where we are not singing our hearts out,” says Felisha without hesitation. “We are focused on delivering real R&B,” says an equally confident Farrah. “We want to be taken as seriously as En Vogue, Sister Sledge, TLC and Destiny’s Child. We are here to stay.”

Ikea have finally brought online shopping to their company, so you can now order from the comfort of your home rather than have to go on a family day trip.



At the moment the online shopping on the UK site is limited to mainland England and Wales; The selection of goods available online are also limited, so you can still only choose from certain goods that are available for delivery, which is a pity considering Ikea's great selection of stylish home goods, you don't want the family day trip just because the cushions you want are not available for delivery.

Fujitsu Siemens AMILO Pi 2515 - Budget Notebook

The AMILO Pi 2515 is a good but basic all rounder, the video quality is a bit poor, however it is still an excellent all-around notebook equipped with an Intel GMA X1300 integrated graphics, so it is not a gamers laptop, but it can handle the golden oldies.



One thing that most tests leave out with budget notebooks are how well they can perform with older games, I've tested this laptop with Halo and GTA III, I wasn’t impressed but the games do work and are at a playable FPS, I haven’t benchmarked these games though, where it comes to anti-aliasing, you may as well forget it, and DirectX/OpenGL effects are a joke, it’s a case of just be grateful that it works.

2D Performance is where it’s at with this laptop, it handles very well with the basic 1GB that it comes with, though I will be upgrading to 2GB of RAM for my one though.

The cheapest price I found for this notebook was from www.tesco.com for £349.00, plus the added bonus of some clubcard points for your groceries [^_~]".

Bad points are that it only comes with 1GB of ram, despite Tesco stating that it comes with 2GB, reading the specifications sheet, it states it only has 1GB and video playback isn’t that great, a cheap upgrade of RAM to 2GB will improve performance, but modules are hard to find though, try Googling for 'Fujitsu AMILO 2515 DDR2 667MHz Memory' and see what turns up, another performance enhancing feature is to use the Flash Memory option in Vista, using the Vista ReadyBoost feature, just slot in a USB pen drive or SD Flash Card and enable the ReadyBoost feature by selecting the properties of the drive, select the ReadyBoost tab on the properties on the dialogue window and enable the feature then select how much Cache you want to use, you can use up to 4GB of Flash memory, which will Cache programs and files for faster access, you'll need a USB pen or SD Card greater then 256Meg for it though.
